Heute bin ich froh und stolz, weil ich den Blog meiner guten Bekannte - Evamaria Glatz mit Euch teilen darf. Evamaria war als Psychologin und Sozialmanagerin tätig, sie leistet, seit sie im Ruhestand ist, in verschiedenen Bereichen ehrenamtliche Arbeit. Sie meditiert seit fast 20 Jahren, zu Beginn in der Tradition des Zen, hat zahlreiche Retreats verschiedener Richtungen besucht, absolvierte eine Ausbildung als MBSR – Lehrerin und hat diese in Seminaren angewendet.
