This highly informative and well-structured certification training includes 54 hours recognized by the Yoga Alliance.
Intention:
To provide yoga teachers with the knowledge and tools to prepare diverse Yin Yoga sequences and enrich them with philosophy, meditation, or dynamic Yang Yoga elements.
Structure & content:
3 weekends: Saturday from 09:00 – 17:00 and Sunday from 09:00 – 16:00.
Covers:
Theory: origins of Yin style, fascia, meridians, and potential physical restrictions when practicing Yin Yoga.
Practice: Tattvas of Yin Yoga, broad choice of Yin postures, posture sequencing, assistance during classes, teamwork, and homework with detailed feedback.
Accompaniment to classes: meditation techniques, classical and modern visions of yoga, and Buddhist philosophical concepts.
Improvement of teaching techniques: facilitation and support of students while finding a distinctive teacher’s style and voice.
Provides tools for effective time-saving preparations of Yin Yoga classes.
Price:
The entire 54-hour Yoga Alliance registered training – 850 Euro.
Early bird rate – 690 Euro. The early bird rate is valid 2 months prior to the beginning of the training.
First weekend only – 220 Euro. You may book for the 1st weekend and decide later if you would like to participate further.
It is a requirement to participate in all 3 weekends, perform team work exercises, as well as complete all required homework to get the certification.

Prerequisites:
The accomplishment of 200- or 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training or current participation in yoga teacher training. Participation on the first weekend is open for all practitioners of yin yoga, regardless of whether or not you wish to teach yoga.
