Mind & Yin 3-month Meditation Program

This perfectly aligned with modern life meditation program has a potential to become a life-changing experience.

Intention:

To provide participants with an understanding of mindfulness meditation and enable a slight shift in habits and mind-sets in order to start spending quality time with yourself on a regular basis.

Structure & content:

12 classes within 3 months. Each 60-minute class includes a discussion of theory and guided mindfulness meditation practice in the group.

Covers: 

  • “Why and How” for the mindfulness-based practices.
  • Easily performed meditation exercises to practice in a group and at home.
  • Yin Yoga as a supportive practice for meditation.
  • The art of relaxation meditation – a precious present for the mind at stressful times.
  • Early visions from philosophers and the latest opinions from neuroscientists regarding the human mind.
  • Strategies to overcome the struggle with regular meditation practice in modern life.

Price:

  • The entire 3-month program, which includes twelve 60-minute classes - 160 Euro.
  • In March it is possible to visit one class of the program as a drop-in class - 14 Euro. 

Timeline:

Mindfulness meditation program for everyone takes place twice a year: in Spring and Autumn.

  • Spring 2019: March – May 2019, every Thursday 19:15 – 20:15.

  • Autumn 2019: October – December 2019 every Thursday 19:15 – 20:15.

It is highly advised to participate in the In-house Mindfulness Meditation Retreat "Mind Day" after completion of this program.

Prerequisites:

Previous experience with yoga or meditation is not required and your level of physical fitness does not matter. While it is true that meditation may help you learn to distract yourself from anxious or depressive thoughts, it is not a substitute for a trained mental health professional.

Mind Day: Meditation In-house Retreat

This perfectly aligned with modern life, 1-day meditation retreat helps you to dive into a peaceful quality time with yourself.

Intention:

Allows participants to experience a meditation retreat within a short time without leaving work and family for several days.

Structure & content:

6 hour In-House retreat on Sunday from 11:00 – 17:00.

Covers: 

  • The art of relaxation meditation: a precious present for the mind at stressful times.
  • Early visions from philosophers and the latest opinions from neuroscientists regarding the human mind.
  • Strategies to overcome the struggle of long meditation sessions.
  • Longer meditation sessions: up to 30 Min.
  • Combination of guided and self-practice meditation.

Price:

  • 6 hours In-house Retreat – 80 Euro.
  • 6 hours In-house Retreat with lunch meal – 90 Euro

Timeline:

“Mind Day” – This meditation In-house Retreat for everyone takes place twice a year: in Spring and Winter.

  • Spring 2019: July 2nd, 2019: Sunday from 11:00 to 17:00.

  • Winter 2019: December 15th, 2019: Sunday from 11:00 to 17:00.
